MJ The Critter Sitter

Payment for all services must be paid prior or at the time of your service.  Checks and cash can be left on your kitchen counter on the day of your sevice or you can pay online with a credit card.

Return checks are charged a $35.00 fee.

All services require a 24 hour cancellation fee.  You will be charged 50% of your service if we are not notified within the 24 hour period. Please understand that your cancellation results in loss of income and extra paperwork time for me.  So please give me as much notice as possible.

Client agrees to notify MJ The Critter Sitter of any concerns within 24 hours of returning home.

It is the owner's responsibility to provide the sitter with pet/s food, supplies, and any medications for the pet/s at the time of service.  If the petsitter has to buy any of the above mentioned items it is the client's duty to reimburse the pet sitter for those expenses.                                               

Client's who do not leave a key/s for the pet sitter are responsible for any locksmith fees that are incurred.  (All keys that are kept with me are stored in a safe.)  Keys are only returned in person.

Client's should leave an extra key with a friend, neighbor, or family member in the event that the pet sitter cannot make appointment due to inclement weather or any other unforseen event.

Animals must wear identification tags while under our care.  Leashes and leads must be in good condition.

Dogs are not walked with other client's dogs.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

We need to know if your pet has bitten anyone or is aggressive.

There will be an $10.00 charge for Holidays which include: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, and The 4th of July, Memorial day, and Labor day.

We are a family run business and will give you and your pets lots of personal attention.
