We are open 365 days a year.  We do not do services before 5am or after 10pm

You will have the opportunity to meet your sitter at the initial consultation that is required before we start services.  We offer in person, phone, or virtual consultations.

We would love to say yes, but we cannot guarantee it. We work in teams to ensure timely and best care of your pet. If you prefer the same sitter and only one sitter please let us know.  Like you, sometimes we get sick, go on vacation, or have an emergency.   We actually do a lot of sitter sharing for our pet sitting visits which means you will most likely have 2 sitters.  This helps us accommodate all of our clients especially during busy times.  If for some reason just one sitter will work best for you please let us know.  If for some reason your normal sitter cannot make a visit we will try and give you time to meet with the back up sitter if you like.  Sometimes if there is an emergency then we might have to send a sitter you have not had a chance to meet.  The most important thing is that your pet will always be taken care of.

 Yes we do charge $12.00 extra per visit for the day of a holiday and for holiday weekends.   The following Holidays are included:    New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,  Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The Holiday fee goes directly to your sitter.

 Yes. we're available 24/7. However, it’s strongly advised that for holidays and peak times that you reserve in advance, in order to get your preferred sitter and to ensure we can get you on the schedule.  We do charge extra for weekends and Holidays.
